Waitlist Privacy Notice

This notice explains what happens to your email address when you join the SpendPilot early access waitlist on spendpilot.co.uk. It is a short version of the relevant parts of our Privacy Policy, which applies in full.
1. Who we are

2. What we collect
Your email address. Nothing else is required. If you tell us anything else, for example in a reply to one of our emails, we handle it under the Privacy Policy.
3. What we use it for

We will not send you anything unrelated to SpendPilot, and we will not share, sell or rent your email address to anyone.
4. Who handles it
Your email address is stored on our systems in Germany and sent through our email provider [EMAIL PROVIDER NAME AND LOCATION]. Our marketing website is hosted by [WEBSITE HOSTING PROVIDER]. See the Sub-processor List.
5. How long we keep it
Until public launch plus 12 months, or until you unsubscribe, whichever is sooner. If you create a SpendPilot account, your email address becomes part of your account and the Privacy Policy retention periods apply.
6. Your choices
- Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing removes you from the waitlist.
- You can ask us what we hold, correct it, or delete it at any time by emailing [email protected].
- You can complain to us, and to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
7. Age
The waitlist is for people aged 18 and over.

Place the following under the "Get Early Access" button, on both the hero form and the footer form. Both lines must be visible without scrolling or expanding.

The checkbox must be unticked by default. Record the timestamp and which boxes were ticked with each sign-up.
Replace the current line "Free to join. No card details required." with the two lines above, or keep it and place the two lines directly beneath it.
Confirmation email copy
Send this immediately after sign-up so the person has a record of what they agreed to.

Thanks for joining. We'll email you at this address when SpendPilot launches in the UK so you can get early access.
